The M-VMC430 feed axis is controlled by X, Y, and Z coordinates, the spindle is driven by servo motor power, and the tool magazine has a capacity of 12 hat-types.It can realize one-time clamping of various complex parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, and tapping. It is suitable for the production of multi-variety, small and medium-sized batch products, and the processing of complex and high-precision parts can show its advantages.

Product Features:

• The main basic parts such as the base, carriage, workbench, column, and head stock are made of high-rigidity cast iron structure, and the inner part is covered with reinforced ribs of a mesh structure to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption properties of the basic parts; the basic parts are shaped with resin sand and treated with aging to ensure the stability of the long-term accuracy of the machine tool and provide a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool performance.
• The X and Y guide rails are all high-rigidity ball linear guide rails, and the Z-direction hard rail is plasticized and equipped with automatic forced lubrication. The frictional resistance of movement is very small, there is no low-speed crawling phenomenon, and the machine tool has high accuracy and life.
• The feed in the three directions of X, Y and Z adopts high-pitch, high-precision and high-strength ball screws with high feed speed; the servo motor uses an elastic coupling to connect directly with the screw, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
• Adopt Taiwan’s famous brand high-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle unit with strong axial and radial carrying capacity and a speed of 8000rpm.
• The spindle can be configured with a high-performance temperature control system to take away the heat generated by the spindle, so that the temperature of the spindle unit is balanced with the room temperature, which greatly reduces the impact of thermal deformation on the rotation accuracy of the spindle and extends the service life of the spindle.
• The outer protection of the machine tool adopts a fully enclosed mechanism, which is designed to be safe and reliable.
