Moving Beam Gantry Structure
- The distance between the spindle and the crossbeam is short, allowing for independent operation of the three axes and high overall rigidity.
- The Y-axis features a dual-ball screw, dual-drive design, ensuring optimal dynamic response performance.
- The ball screws of the feed axes are designed with a hollow structure and equipped with a cooling system, effectively maintaining thermal stability.
High-Precision Direct-Drive Rotary Table
- The A/C axis cradle rotary table structure is independently designed, with the A-axis driven by dual-torque motors, significantly enhancing rigidity and vibration resistance.
- Both the A and C axes are equipped with high-torque, frameless direct-drive motors, and the compact design integrates the motor rotor with the rotary table mechanism, offering excellent transmission rigidity.
- Additionally, the motor stator is cooled with coolant to ensure the thermal stability of the rotary table.
- The maximum speed of the A/C axes can reach 50 r/min.
